1990s Layered Whimsy Maxi Dress, sz. 3X

Description: 90s black maxi dress with a muted floral designs all over the outside layer as well as a medallion like print on the inner layer. The two layers are attached with the illusion that they are layered. There are three buttons that can be closed giving a cardigan affect or open. There is no closure.
