1980s High Neck Black Velvet Dress sz. M/L

Description: 

Black velvet dress with a high neckline and long sleeves. There are shoulder pads as well as a slightly puffed sleeve. Shorter length to the dress. Not very stretchy material but has a little bit of give. Has a slight shift dress shape. Button closures on the back of the high neck.
